Ordered a cake on Saturday and was told I could get it on Tuesday. Out of curiosity considering the order was made over the weekend, I called on Monday to re-confirm I'll be getting my order on Tuesday but the person clearly showed beyond doubt that she wasn't aware of the order and had to check her system to see the order and said its not going to be possible to get it delivered on Tuesday as I wanted. Eventually got the cake on Wednesday (after the birthday party).

The packaging and picture quality (personalised cake) in appearance was so poor. I hope they sit up and track their orders online.
