In response to my first complaint about my dog not being included on my booking form and I later had to pay another £104, after e mailing customer services, yes they did respond on the 18 May 24, just to say they would contact me in two weeks or maybe a bit longer if they were busy, I am still waiting to hear from them , so no Brittany ferries you have done NOTHING! You can not honestly say you have a customer service department because you do not.
