I placed an order on October 23. When it didn't arrive in the expected timeframe I emailed asking for information, and they sent a link so I could open a 'ticket' complaint through another company of theirs, Teddy-Tastic. As of today, November 7th, I have had no delivery, no explanation, no refund...basically they appear to have robbed me! Please do not use this company. I even checked back yesterday and my 'ticket' had been deleted, so I opened a new one. Not holding my breath.
