I have made an order about 3 weeks in advance to arrive on the specific date. My delivery never came and after I filed a complaint, and tried contacting customer support they have had no information on when will my order arrive. Naturally, as I needed my order on the specific date I have filed for a refund which I am still waiting on. Very poor experience.
