I ordered £150 worth of balloons for my dad's 80th birthday party, to be delivered on Saturday 6th December. Only 1 box of 3 delivered on this date and the remainder came too late.

No response to my emails.
No apology.
No refund.
No more business from me!

Avoid this company if you need items for a specific date/special occasion as no recourse. What other company has a ticketing system just to shelve complaints? Says it all really...
