I had all my insurance policies with AXA, Balcom of Merch (Luxembourg). Everything was fine until I had a claim at home. The insurance policy clearly covers emergency situations at home. I submitted the claim and explanations twice, but they decided not to pay. Five months ago, I cancelled all three policies I had with them and sent them an email. They cancelled the home and one car policy, but they continued to charge me for another car and refused to send me the insurance claim document required by my new insurance company. If someone is reading this, please stay as far as possible from AXA — the worst insurance company in the world.
