Awful company.
Balloon I ordered was terrible. Paid over £50 for a 3 balloons, the main one looked like my 3 yo had stuck the stickers on and I also had to go to card factory to replace 2 additional balloons that were flat on receipt. Logged a ticket for help sent lots of evidence and heard nothing they closed my complaint twice without even responding.
Do not buy anything from them.
