No Response, No Accountability, No Resolution
I reached out to Squid Haus regarding an issue with my order and never received a reply. I contacted them through their listed support channels and received complete silence. No acknowledgment, no follow up, no attempt to resolve the issue.
Mistakes or shipping problems can happen with any company. What matters is how a business responds. In this case, there has been zero communication and no accountability. As a customer, that is incredibly frustrating.
When you spend money with a brand, you expect at minimum a response to your inquiry. The lack of basic customer service is disappointing and concerning. If reliable support matters to you when making a purchase, this was not a reassuring experience.
