Problems sorted
Very sadly not happy. I contacted them. They offered me which I thought it was a fair price for my Ultra 2 which is immaculate and still got 99% battery health and only just a year old. Then unfortunately the Royal mail messed up didn’t send it and had to have it returned to me. I contacted this company they said they would honour price they agreed. then I got an email saying they wouldn’t then I called them and they said they wouldn’t honour the price then I’ve got an email saying they would honour the price and then they just stopped responding altogether. I’ve now changed my review from one star to 4 stars because I spoke to Billy from their Customer Service who was fantastic and actually got it sorted out. They apologised and they got the watch and sorted the payment out within a few hours so four stars.
