TERRIBLE

I placed my order on 02/02, and for 14 days there was no update at all. I contacted customer service and was sent a delivery status showing “in transit,” and was told to wait longer.

As there had been no progress, I requested to cancel my order because I had already purchased the item from a different supplier. I received no response to my cancellation request.

Despite this, I received the unwanted item on 25/02. The receipt inside showed it was only dispatched on 21/02, which suggests my cancellation request was ignored.

Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend dealing with this company.

We are sorry this order has panned out the way it has, from looking into this, it seems the order was put in the dispatch bay and sent on the next available scheduled pickup.

The email must have been missed and so the order was sent out.

As explained in our follow up email, I've now refunded the part FOC and have said you can hold on to it.
