I ordered 5 Cherokee scrub tops that…

I ordered 5 Cherokee scrub tops that felt absolutely horrible, so rough! Definitely not what I’ve been buying for years!
So I put them in the bag they came in in the original packaging, never opened, except the one and I put it back. Started the return process and dropped it at a FedEx location the same day!! The package arrived back to them and they keep saying it will be 48 additional hours past the original 72 to process the package that btw I have the FedEx delivery confirmation on. So I know when it arrived. Just give me my money back!! Definitely don’t recommend buying anything from here!!

We’re truly sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the quality of the scrubs you received. We understand how frustrating it can be when a product you’ve trusted and purchased for years doesn’t meet your expectations, and we sincerely apologize for the experience this caused.

We also understand your concern regarding the return. Your package was received at our facility on March 2nd. Returns are processed in the order they are received, and once they arrive it can take an additional 2–3 business days for them to be opened, inspected, and fully processed in our system.

We appreciate your patience while this was being completed. Your refund has now been processed in the amount of $117.37. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5 to 10 business days for you to see the refund.
