A panic 'phone call at 16.45hrs yesterday (Thursday) asking if there was any chance of getting a pair of OBO GK hand protectors to Preston, Lancashire by today (Friday) saw the right hand one dispatched from stock arrive at 10.00hrs this morning and the left pad which was out of stock and so dispatched straight from OBO arrive by 14.00hrs, both in time for a 12.00hrs PB on Saturday! Simply outstanding customer service.
