Absolutely terrible experience with Footpatrol.
They received my returned item on 10 February and I was told the refund would be processed within 5–7 days. It has now been over 40 days, and I am still waiting for my money.
Customer service has been extremely poor from start to finish. No proper updates, no resolution, and no urgency to fix the problem.
This was my first and last time ordering from this company. Waiting this long for a refund is completely unacceptable.
I will never use Footpatrol again and would not recommend them to anyone. Even one star is too generous for the level of service I have experienced.
