Order not dispatched

I ordered my plants on 1st March, the confirmation email stated dispatch within 10 working days which hasn’t been met. I’ve emailed customer service - no reply. I phoned customer service, they said they were putting my order as a priority and would get an email to say they have been dispatched- still nothing?! I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again…

Please accept our sincere apologies for the delay in reply to your email, our customer service team are currently working through a high volume of emails and calls. Most priority orders are dispatched within 48hrs and I am confident that your order will be on the way shortly.
