There you have it a reply to my poor review .. no solution, no apology, just thanking me for my review. I advise you all to read the low reviews and then see the reply from this company. They usually ask people to reach out - or thank them. Why would you thank someone who gives you a poor review ! ?! Wouldn’t you try and put it right? I rest my case - poor customer service.
Might as well just put pound notes down the drain !
I don’t want a reply Parkers - I don’t want thanking for highlighting your problems.
