I recently completed my property transaction with Juno and wanted to share my excellent experience. From start to finish, the service exceeded my expectations in three key areas. The digital experience was outstanding. The online portal made it effortless to track progress, upload documents, and stay informed at every stage. Everything was accessible in one place, which eliminated the usual stress and uncertainty that often comes with property transactions. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They responded promptly to my questions, explained complex legal matters , imp artefacts, and proactively kept me updated. Their professionalism and approachable manner made what could have been a daunting experience feel straightforward and well-managed.

What impressed me most was the structured approach to the conveyancing process. Each stage was clearly defined with realistic timelines, and I always knew what to expect next. This methodical approach gave me confidence that nothing would be overlooked and that my transaction was in capable hands. Rip Off
They don't even manage the road where i lived and slammed a fee of GBP 60 on top. Standrews Park is where i Live and they are bunch of theives. Wish we can get away from them. I was enquiring about the charges on account and wanted clarification. They kept on ignoring my emails unless someone responded but then they never reverted late payment fee even when they told they are looking into my raised concerns.

only knows how to rip the customers. VERY VERY BAD

Rubbish

Rubbish, didnt deliver to promise and even for refund said first we need to do investigation.

Raised order got lost then raised another one which was scheduled for next day- That also didnt arrive.

Absolute crap, wasted my time.

Great cashback site and very legitimate

I joined quidco about 2 years back. In begining it seemed one of companies where you would start shopping with no certainity whether cashback would come in or not

It started with few cash back confirmations and ghen account started building up. Quidco is very genuine site, i am now at tycoon status and have earned roughly £800 in short time. To add customer services adds icing on cake with being very service oriented and helpful. The mobile app version is next step of way the company has continually improvised staying ahead compared to other cash sites.

Would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks quidco team!!

Pathetic- Dont have right billing department-Idiots

As all my friends the customer service is a pain. I am been sent estimated gas bills all these months as there meter doesnt work. I have been providing them meter reading still they send me estimated bill. I am now been sent a £204.

I dont know what to do. I am cancelling my direct debit with them and see how it goes. Absolutely redicilous and painful service. I have around 30-40 GBP worth of calls chasing them. I am very unpleased, never expected such an unprofessional organisation in UK.

I am now looking to switch over to someone else
