Absolutely excellent support from the delivery guys who went above and beyond to remove the old fridge freezer which was somewhat larger than the one we bought.

Having used Music Magpie in the past, I didn't hesitate to use them again.
Buying second hand/used DVDs can be a bit hit and miss as you don't have the chance to see them until they arrive, so no guarantee of the quality.

Having been advised by our previous locksmith a new door would be the best solution as the espagnolette locking system had been compromised by the failed euro lock (key had stuck so it couldn't be locked!), I called Allservices4u requesting a replacement lock be fitted..
The locksmith arrived on time and 'snapped' out the old lock, checked the mechanism, replaced the lock with a new one and, hey presto, all working well, so absolutely no need for a new door!!.
Excellent service, more than acceptable price and a very quick, efficient and professional service.

Excellent service from start to finish.
I uploaded a photo of my prescription to make sure everything was covered, chose my 'frames' and took advantage of the 2 frames for 1 price (not lenses I must add!)
I was advised the original choice of frame was on back order and could delay by up to 8 weeks, so I contacted customer services and chose an alternative frame.
From initial order to delivery was a month, so very satisfied.
One thing I hadn't considered with purchasing online glasses, is not having the ability to hold, feel and physically review the frames to make a choice. The ones I received/chose are 'hard' plastic which would not have been my immediate choice as I prefer the slightly softer/flexible plastic. That said, it is NOT any fault of SelectSpecs, just one of those things associated with 'online' purchasing.

The actual delivery arrived within the time slot (finally) advised, but communication from and updating of tracker by Yodel was lacking at best.
Item was ordered 3/12/24 with a 1-3 day delivery window. Arrived 13/12/24...10 days later.
I appreciate it's the Christmas period, but lack of updates/information is pure frustration.

Everything from order to delivery was straightforward and my preferred delivery date and time was accommodated with no issues.

Initially checked on Compare the Meerkat and chose AXA.
Clicked on the link, straight through to AXA's website, reviewed the policy, agreed to their T's & C's, through to checkout and another 12 months car insurance sorted.

What can I say? First suit jacket was a smidge too small, so ordered another, sent the original back. Refunded immediately and the new jacket arrived within two days.
