I am glad to hear the delivery was smooth and on time and I am very sorry to hear you felt the cake you have ordered was slightly dry.

I can assure you we bake fresh for delivery, we never pre-make or freeze any of our bakes. I am sorry to hear you didn't fully enjoy it.

We do recommend to leave the cake out of the fridge for at least 3 hours before serving to allow it reaching back the correct temperature and regain it's softness.
