countless re-schedules and false promises
worst service ever, used them last year - same experience, thought it was accident, but their policies are faulty - ordered tires, they confirmed at 11:12 and emailed me cancelation at 11:14, fast forward - 3 reschedules and week later through 2 different garages they were still trying to push my order for "next day", throughout cancelation process they've discovered technical issues that further delayed my refund - outrageous! reason for the 1 star review is their reasonable customer service department, but they were power-less to fight entirely defective structure
