I hunted Internet for some time to purchase dumbbells from son’s birthday, 2x 10kg ,2x 15kg ,2 x20kg. Mirafit was only company who came up who could supply. Items delivered in record time at minimal cost, good quality, and son happy, I did however expect a small discount to no avail otherwise delighted.

Ordered new battery for hoover, was with me in no time and hoover working like new. Have 3 gtech hoovers lying around all with battery issues, pity hoovers seem to outlive the batteries.

Very happy got car booked in on short notice, diagnostics carried out identifying safety issues with car, parts ordered and car repaired on day 2. Not so happy request for courtesy car when booked car in, none available, was told car would be fixed following day, no offer of courtesy car to get home, resulting had to take public transport (bus) of approx 100 miles round trip to collect car. Happy customer for over 40 years. A big thank you to Thomas on service desk on collection of car, professional attitude, and a really helpful guy to boot. Suggest customer service desk takes customer circumstances into account on initial book in.

Booked my car which I bought new at John Clark for oil change and fuel filter service at Aberdeen outlet. The new service check in online worked well and saved a bit of time. I waited for car while oil service and fuel filter change was done , comfortable waiting area with refreshment available. The guys on service desk were as usual polite and friendly and applied a small discount to a hefty bill for the work done. The only negative was the cost of the oil change and fuel filter change which was excessive really. Being a customer for over 40 years these prices really put a sour taste in one’s mouth and begs question in current climate can I continue to trade at JC for service requirements.

From my first visit to OE and receiving and deciding treatment to suit my needs right through the procedures went so smoothly, painless and helped by very professional staff who were brilliant.
I had Natural Lens Replacent procedure so that I could get away from wearing glasses. I opted for a multi-focal lens to help with short and long site. I wore multi focal lense glasses for reading, watching television, computer work, driving, golfing and being a keen hill walker even required to wear glasses.
Since my treatment which was painless and over within a half hour per eye I can say I can perform all these things without glasses, which is life changing for myself and have just retired at age of 67 years. No more losing glasses, sitting on glasses and the discomfort of wearing them, a new world indeed and wish I had done this many years ago. Thanks Optical Express.

It was so easy to design the new sign on line and to pay with credit card. The sign was made to a high quality finish arriving on the date given. The sign was packaged well and full fitting instructions and fittings included. I had the sign up in no time and now sits proudly on my new driveway in Aberdeenshire.
