We use FinN the whole time for all the family as we loved they products. Took the plunge and bought a 5l of both shampoo and conditioner. Sadly it is not much cheaper that the combo deals we get at our Oxfam shop and if you have to buy the pumps too then it is more expensive which is a shame and short-sighted of them. Anyway, we hope to be saving many of the smaller clear plastic bottles by buying in bulk.

Easy website. Smooth ordering. Lots of information. Sent first box back as too small and refunded and replaced no quibbles. Some sort of returns service would be an improvement but highly recommend them.

Overall it went well but the booking website was glitchy and poorly designed. I only got options with Royal Mail and DHL - no other carriers! Not sure I’d use again.

Easy to order (in 2021), quick despatch. Recommend this company. However, 2 years down the line (2023) and I need a replacement tent pole. Can you believe it - you cannot order replacement poles! So my excellent £180 tent is useless. Thankfully they happened to have a spare pole in their warehouse which they kindly sent to me FOC but I am gobsmacked that there is no support available after the 1 year warranty expires - awful for customers and dreadful for the environment. Come on - you have to do better than this Tiso!

I love sharp knives and am interested to see what the best methods are so I was intrigued by this system. It is easy to set-up and having sharpened 3 knives I can say that it does work. It is a bit fiddly to get right but then this is an artisanal approach. If you want something quick just go buy an electric sharpener for a quarter of the price. I love the old fashioned appeal of this system and of course that it really does achieve a very sharp finish. It isn't cheap so only get if you're serious about your knives.
