I've tried to contact them about this…

I've tried to contact them about this but three form always has an unexpected error......so I can't. Their website form won't send.


We find BF to be good....usually.


BF is normally very decent, but not for us this spring.

We could hear dogs howling throughout the night...... this I absolutely terrible for sleep.
Our food voucher wasn't redeemed in the evening, costing us £15 excess.
We had to spend £40 at breakfast, the ship only has self service restaurant/ cafe.
Our cabin was unsatisfactory.


Whatever we tried, the shower filled the bathroom tray. We checked the curtain frequently.
The vent cover was missing, so we could see the very dirty extraction pipe.
The shower hose leaked more water than the head received

The door stay was broken at the door end.
.....however on a positive note, we didn't sink.

We think BF are really good, but the website always causes us problems.

We think BF are really good. However, you send me emails to renew membership, buy food pases etc, and virtually every time I try to follow the links, they don't work.

Then I have to ring up, and you've always, always more calls than normal, so that's a real hassle.

When I get through, the assistant is always very good, usually changing something to make it not happen again

And next time it does......

Decent toys, sustainable package. Well presented.

I can't recall these saying where they were actually made. Ie actually made in 'x' country, not packaged in a certain country. This does matter.
If we saw made in England, we'd buy those.

The first pair of boots came in a very…

The first pair of boots came in a very battered box, and we're in a terrible condition.
These were returned as faulty for a refund.
We then rebought another pair, they arrived and were fine.

The first pair of boots should have been checked before dispatch.

Very nice, but not made in England

The jumper is very nice, rather large for the size, and a to expensive for what we received.
however, shame it's not made in England......

Good morning, where ever possible our item are sourced and made in the UK although this is not always possible so we do have some trusted European suppliers, there is a flag next to each item on our website to let you know the origin and also a section which is just made in the UK. Kind regards

The cast iron frying pan was very poor…

The cast iron frying pan was very poor quality. The surface was the casting was extremely rough. With significant experience of cast iron castings, I can appreciate a decent surface, this needed a significant amount of grinding to make it use able.


However, the company had it collected, and a refund d made.

We are extremely disappointed that you were dissatisfied with the product you received. Our cast iron pans have a rough, pitted surface in order to optimise their performance and allow the seasoning to adhere to the pan, providing better overall cooking performance right out of the box.

We are always looking at ways to improve our service and products. Your feedback will be passed on to our production team and they will investigate ways to improve our Britannia cast iron cookware range.

The Worcester bosh boiler broke down.
We had to arrange a repair.
We bought an expensive boiler for reliability and feel we might have wasted our money half thinking a cheaper brand might be more reliable.
