Excellent Experience with House of Watches
Bought my new Tissot T-Race Chronograph 45mm with the green strap from House of Watches and couldn’t be happier. The watch arrived quickly, was well packaged, and exactly as described – brand new and genuine with all paperwork.
The T-Race itself looks fantastic in person. The green strap really stands out, the 45 mm case feels solid, and the quality is what you’d expect from Tissot. Great sporty design and very comfortable to wear.
Excellent service, great price, and fast delivery. Would definitely buy from House of Watches again 👍

Too hard to arrange collection and…
Too hard to arrange collection and replacement of large items that get delivered damaged.

Well I sent you the info requested and I wasn’t contacted at all regarding my collection & now my replacement order which once again Ive paid for next day delivery is now delayed as I’ve received this text message regarding my replacement order.
Due to issues within our warehouse the stock has not been received into the correct depot to complete your delivery today. There is no need to contact us, we will be in touch with you within 3 working days to rearrange the delivery. We apologise for the inconvenience caused
It is so difficult with your logistics! Is it really that hard is just to collect and replace damaged items. When you have to reorder them and then this happens instead of just saying we can exchange the damaged items on a certain day! It’s bad for the environment how many times you have to come to addresses as you could collect the damage items at the same time as the replacement ones are delivered & not have to go back to collect the damaged items, I’m sure this would save on fuel as well?

This is the 2nd car I purchased 1st experience was great and the purchase experience was good shame about the after sales!
I’ve had my BMW 2series less than 2 weeks when the gearbox had a failure I contacted V12 to be told speak to the AA warranty and get recovered to a garage which I have done my gearbox is still in bits 10days later sick of chasing WMS group and Repair garage not very happy maybe rejecting car as it’s less than 30days since purchase and I’ve got no car and a disabled young son at a special school who now requires specialist transportation to get him there at £20day whilst I have no car. Still awaiting answers not a good experience! I really don’t want to go down the legal and trading standards route to resolve my issue but I won’t hesitate in doing this if I have to.

Parts wrongly fitted and car not repaired for over 5 weeks
I would never take a car back as answers never given correctly, broken promises with how long for repairs to be carried out and charged for diagnostics after they created the problem!
Bad experience and over £1500 out of pocket!
