Clayton leather

Superb quality product ( Clayton leather sofa and armchair ) very well packaged. Great customer service from Patrick Shaw in the Wallasey showroom who made me feel welcome. Excellent company communication backed up by reliable friendly delivery team. Highly recommended and would use again as a first choice. Top class.

Great service and friendly staff.

Great service , communication and friendly helpful staff. The product was what I wanted , the item was in stock and the price competitive. Delivery was reliable and on time. All in all highly recommended.

COULD BE BETTER ?

First time I have ever used Richer Sounds. Web site looked very good and they seem to put customer service as a priority. Order placed for tv and next day delivery selected with a cost of £15 extra. Four hours before the 3pm deadline. Took a day off work and waited for the delivery which had been confirmed by e. Mail and text. Got a bit concerned by 2 pm so I rang to check. Only to be told that it was not coming today but tomorrow, but then that changed to the following day.
The next day( day before re scheduled delivery) the courier rang me late in the day asking could I take it today. I agreed and it was delivered at 8 pm.

So some serious confusion by the main courier and bad communication by them(none) well apart from the driver who tried his best.

All credit to Billy from richer sounds who tried his very best to resolve the issue and rang me several times.

Suggest you get a more professional delivery service or you will end up losing customers. .

Thank you for your review although I was obviously sorry to read your comments and offer my sincere apologies.

Customer Service is our absolute priority so it’s of course disappointing to read of any occasion where we’ve let a valued customer down in such a manner.

Please be assured that we do take such issues seriously and I will investigate the matter with our courier to determine what went wrong here and ensure steps are put in place to prevent it reoccurring in the future.

I understand you’ve since spoken to my customer service manager who has resolved the matter although if should help my e-mail address is..

First class service as always.

Wanted the Cold Steel Espada XL for a long time and certainly wasn't,t disappointed when it arrived, awesome bit of kit ! usual first class service from Hennie.
