Worse than Ryanair

Up there with the worst airlines in the western world. Just a much more expensive Ryanair. Almost always something wrong with the website and don't even think about trying to call the two people they have working on the phonelines. Avoid them at all costs if possible.,

Idiot airline

This stupid airline got rid of its very busy London City - Geneva route earlier in the year and said they would reopen it in October. Lo and behold, they've now decided not to reopen it at all - all the while flying FIVE journeys per day between London City and Zürich.

Surely it would make sense to have at least one flight a day to Geneva (as I say, a very busy route I used to take every week, as well as a lot of colleagues) and lower the number of flights to Zürich? Either way, with BA reopening the LCY-GVA route this winter, Swiss will be losing a lot of custom and money to their competitor. Their loss.

No refund

I returned two items to physioroom, which they confirmed they received. They then refused to pay my refunds for months until they went into administration.

I have not heard anything further so chased the matter and physioroom have now responded saying they were purchased by a new company and so will not honour the refunds as they do not have any records of previous orders - even though I have provided them all the details

V good customer service + t-shirt quality

Good quality t-shirts and very good customer service. The image I supplied wasn't great quality - although I was aware of this, their customer services department emailed to notify me and ask if I still wanted to go ahead, submit a different image or cancel the order. I told them I was aware and they confirmed they would go ahead. Received the shirt shortly after and it's great!

Interests of fairness

In the interests of fairness, after I left a recent bad review, it makes sense for me to counter it with a far better experience I had with Swiss the following week.

The flight departed on time and everything worked as expected. However, some staff went beyond and helped my partner and I with our young son's buggy, carrying it to the plane and helping us aboard with it as they could see we were struggling. One aboard all the staff were very friendly and even gave our son some soft toys to play with, which was much appreciated

Absolutely useless

Cancelled my flight just two hours before it was due to take off. Automatically booked me onto an alternative that was completely inconvenient so spent ages on the phone rebooking.
Then the useless website didn't allow me to check in. Called up their phoneline once more only for them to also be useless and say they're not able to check me in.

An absolute shambles from start to finish.

Plus all of their staff are brainwashed and still believe all passengers are able to choose their seat for free. THIS HASN'T BEEN THE CASE FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS. SWISS, INFORM YOUR STAFF CORRECTLY SO I DON'T HAVE TO HAVE THE SAME ARGUMENT WITH THEM EVERY. SINGLE. TIME

Money not refunded

Taxis both directions turned up on time and were fine. Issue lay in that for the second year in a row the return taxi to the airport did not come with a baby seat - which I had paid extra for.
Not the end of the world but this happened months ago and despite repeated emails to HolidayTaxis they have not responded or refunded my payment for the child seat.

Super service Seville

Great service. Booked taxis Seville airport-town and return. Drivers in both directions were great, very friendly and super service.
Especially on the return, where the driver turned up precisely on time even though we were staying at an airbnb down a tiny alleyway and ordered the car for 06:40

Awful firm - no refunds

Awful firm. I have sent two items back and they are refusing to refund me. I have tried multiple times and they are now claiming they have gone into administration. However their website it still operational, potentially defrauding more customers.
Please take my advice and avoid this awful website

Awful delivery company - avoid

My Covid day 2 test was not delivered and was even sent back to the testing company. I waited in all day for the delivery driver and no-one turned up. When I logged in to check where it was the following day I discovered it was already on its way back to the testing centre.
The ridiculous DPD website made it impossible to actually complain about or resolve the issue. The phone number likewise - it refused to recognise my order number and so would not put me through to a human. I also emailed their complaints dept (whose details I only found after searching online, not on their pointless website) and have had no response.
Absolutely no way of taking my Day 2 test now even if their useless staff do actually get back to me at this point.

Awful delivery firm - avoid them if you have the choice.

Extremely quick delivery, good product

I bought the PhysioRoom own-brand ankle support, which was reduced from its original price. I've used the product a couple of times since, and initially thought it didn't make much difference. However, I have come to the conclusion that it does indeed stop my ankle from rolling - the support's lightweight construction meant I underestimated it at first.
Delivery was very quick, and I was kept informed along the way as to where my purchase was.
