I used to have a lots of issues with…

I used to have a lots of issues with deliveries not being delivered but after a few complaints the service has changed to much better. I recently got the packages delivered on time and to my doors in the apartment block which I am very appreciative for.

Concern about hygiene at Energie…

Concern about hygiene at Energie Stepaside. After a few years they finally changed the old, stinky, worn off mats with new ones which are even worse (!!). The "new" cheapest possible mats got worn out after first use, the bits of the mats get all over the carpet and clothes. Unbelievable that the owner is that cheap.

Przy robieniu zamowienia jest mozliwosc podania zagranicznego nru, ale na ten podany nr juz nie bedzie wyslany kod odbioru zamowienia. Bez kodu odbioru nie ma szans na odebranie zamowienia. Trzeba dzwonic na bardzo zajétá infolinie. Ogromnie nieefektywny system pracy. Polska..

Rubbish mobile service

Re: Virgin mobile;
5 issues within 2 months of service! They beat the record!

I joined Virgin mobile attracted by the 5 euro for 5 months (25 euro later on), unlimited.

Issues within these 2 months:
- issues with billing (charged me more than agreed).
- no service after 1 week of usage (a few hours wasted to fix it)
- no service when abroad (a few hours wasted to fix it)
- no service upon coming back to Ireland (a few hours wasted again to fix it)

Virgin is the 3rd mobile company I've used and I would like to point out that I had never had issues like that with the previous mobile service providers.
I was tempted by the low price but now I regret it and I'm planning to move to my previous mobile company very soon.

Don't switch to Virgin mobile

I joined Virgin mobile very recently and they already changed my contract twice.
Customer service is disappointing, response time is very long,
and service (mobile internet) is very poor.

..6 years later and still working well!

I bought a cheap Morphy Richard kettle and toaster 6 years ago and both are still working well!!
This is so not very usual these days..

very disappointing service

I ordered flowers with promised free chocolates box however chocolates were never delivered.
I contacted the customer service and they offered me 2 (two) euro refund...
I found it undermining.
Possibly they offer this "free" chocolates to attract customers but no intention to really deliver them.

Wrong size delivered

Wrong size delivered.
I ordered size 10 (followed by the size guide on the website) but size 8 was delivered.
When I called Wetsuitoutlet they told me that Rip curl 8 is actually UK 10 (!!). No info given on the website, no advise. How anybody can guess it??
Btw, this size 8 is definitelly NOT a UK 10. It is very small.
Now, Westsuitoutlet cannot exchange it as they do not have a bigger size on stock.
All very disappointing.

Hi Kasia, thanks for taking the time to review our service. The size guide on our website is correct, so if you chose a size 10 by using the size guide, then you will receive the correct wetsuit.

Rip Curl wetsuits are manufactured with US size tags, which is why you received a suit with size 8 written on the tag. We try to make this very clear on our website, as a highly visible warning during checkout. This does not affect the size at all, but we like to make it clear for our customers to avoid confusion.

We are sorry to hear the wetsuit did not fit as expected and would like the opportunity to help you find a wetsuit in the right size.
