As far as I can see the funds appear to have been transferred from Personal Saving Account to new 1-year Bonus Account.
My query when setting up the new account was answered promptly

The OctaSmart mattress is very comfortable. Very irritated that it was advertised a couple of days after my purchase as a slightly reduced price. That really annoyed. Almost sent it back.

I opted to have my package delivered to local collection point : Om Sai Superstore. 69 Victoria Rd, Farnborough. This was acknowledged. However package was delivered to a wrong address. I had changed address at point of order. So far I am not aware if package has been retrieved and delivered to collection point.
