I like the top but why is it shapeless? On first appearance it looked two sizes too big but on trying on, it fits across shoulders but then large everywhere else. I will keep as not too expensive and tuck front into jeans with a belt. Shame!

This was my second rental this year. Great cost, efficient friendly service and the car exceeded my expectations. What’s not to like!

We first met Elaine briefly last Summer when we mentioned we were converting two apartments into a home and needed help choosing bathroom fittings. Elaine suggested we call her when we we ready to arrange a time to visit the store. We emailed plans and ideas before our appointment so Elaine was already a step ahead with ideas. We spent the best part of a Saturday with her working our way through fittings for three bathrooms and a cloakroom. Elaine kept us totally sane and focused and actually made a tedious task fun. Her knowledge and enthusiasm is next to none. Tecaz has a huge range of products but we never felt pushed towards the more expensive items for the sake of it, in fact Elaine helped to reign in my husband at times! We managed to choose everything we needed that day, but the follow up attention and answers to our numerous questions re specifications for bathroom fitters etc. has been fantastic. Elaine responded quickly to every query and has gone the extra mile to be helpful with information and adding extra items to our list when required. I cannot recommend Elaine at Tecaz well enough. Thank you very much indeed.
I would also like to say that the other people we have spoken to at reception and in the accounts department have also been a joy to deal with. I guess the only negative I can think of is the delivery men not offering to help me carry some bulky items into the house on our last delivery. I appreciate there is some policy involved but it did seem rude if nothing else when I was clearly struggling to lift a particularly awkward box! However, we have and will continue to recommend Tecaz.
