I’ve been having weekly PT sessions…

I’ve been having weekly PT sessions with Robert in the Bury St Edmunds branch. I’m also a PT but wanted to be taken out of my comfort zone. I would highly recommend him to put the perfect programme together for you. Six weeks in and I’m feeling the difference in strength gains. Fantastic PT!

This is a scam

This is a scam! Like all the other reviews AVOID! They take unauthorised money from your account. I have emailed them and await a refund for unauthorised payment of £23.99 to be refunded immediately. I have alerted my bank and will be taking matters further. Please read the email I received this morning from Charisa. She uses bribery and delay tactics. If I don’t supply a review which as you can see I already have she won’t issue me a refund! I emailed this review directly to her!

I am now reporting to Apple Pay!

I now have two products by Current…

I now have two products by Current Body. The LED mask version 1 and the Radio frequency device. The LED Mask is outstanding. I use it 6 times a week and have seen massive improvements in my skin tone and brightness. The Radio frequency device has already plumped my skin after 3 sessions I am looking forward to seeing the effects after 8 weeks

Outstanding service as always

Outstanding service as always. I also can’t relate to these other reviews. I ordered some makeup after 5pm on Friday and put the wrong delivery date in by mistake. I called customer support after realising my mistake on Saturday morning, I spoke to a very polite gentleman who said as my order was placed after 5pm and for delivery next Saturday, he wouldn’t be capable of changing it to next day delivery as the order was now with the warehouse. That is completely understandable as I have worked in retail. It was my fault as I clicked on wrong delivery. I accepted that it wouldn’t be delivered before Xmas. Lo and behold, 2 hours later, my package arrived. Beautifully wrapped and stunning product. I am assuming the gentleman I spoke with managed to correct the delivery. I love Dior!

Outstanding customer support! Wow! I’m really impressed with Klarna handled my dispute with Depop. I got a full refund the same morning. Would highly recommend as they’re there for you when things go wrong.

Scamming Depop

I’m experiencing the same as most others. I am in the process of trying to get a refund for a purchase that was never sent. I have reached out to Depop support 20 times in the past week. No response and if you do get one they act like they’ve not even looked at your case that’s been open for a week. They are supposed to step in today but still no change. The seller has now marked as shipped on the 7th day of dispute with a tracking number that isn’t Depop shipping. I’ve contacted the courier Royal Mail and they don’t have the parcel. Depop have dismissed the case and I’ve had to open another dispute saying the tracking number is incorrect! Depop support scammers and there’s no protection for the innocent buyer. I will be taking this to Action fraud, Citizens Advice and Ombudsman. I have also reported to Klarna. They have told me they will investigate Depop. Let’s hope this is true.

Update; received refund as action was taken through Klarna. Amazing customer support Klarna. Thank you.

Best buying platform out there! Stress free buying and selling. Vinted look at your listings to ensure they are authentic before they allow you to post. If items go missing when posted, Vinted reimburse you for any loss. I’ve been really impressed.

I finally bought a pair of Adanola…

I finally bought a pair of Adanola leggings after reading brilliant reviews. I am not sorry I did. I am a PT and they are just as good if not better than some other popular brands. The colours are gorgeous and they are very flattering on. They arrived quickly with no fuss. Will definitely be purchasing more colours.

BEWARE FRAUDULENT BEHAVIOUR!!
I have been with eBay for a long time. I am filing a complaint against their authenticity department after experiencing what you could only call fraud. I was sent a bag that went through eBay authenticate only to find that the bag didn’t match the sellers description or size. The bag should never have been sent to me in the first place and an immediate refund should have been issued. The dimensions on the listing didn’t match the bag I received. I ended up with a micro bag instead of the mini as advertised. I contacted EBay to send the bag back and was given the run around and was treated like I was at fault. Eventually after two excruciating calls, I got a returns label. They took the bag back and told me that they would investigate. I was then contacted and told via email that the mini and the micro were the same size and the measurements were taken from the top of the handle and the bag is the size advertised. What they don’t seem to realise is that with that email they have created a case against themselves. I used to work in retail and know how to measure a bag. I now have written proof of their blatant lies. You don’t measure a bag from the top of a handle EBay!! Unbelievably, they have a plethora of micro and mini Bayswater bags on their site and nearly all of them include accurate dimensions. They are very clearly two different sized bags, NOT the same size! Clearly they are either ignorant and shouldn’t be doing their job or they didn’t even pull a measuring tape out to check. I suspect they don’t want to be held accountable for their massive error. Basically lies! I am still waiting to speak to a manager. I will update this when I hear back. To cut it short, I will be taking legal action if I don’t receive a full refund.

Still no update from my last post

Still no update from my last post! No movement in tracking info. Still says it was out for delivery last Tues. This company is atrocious. There is no way you can track or contact any human being about where your order is. A neighbour came to our door yesterday enquiring if their Evri parcel had been delivered to us by mistake. So many people must be having the same issue. The point is, where are these deliveries Evri???Are they being stolen? Just appalling!

I would give them a lower rating if I could! Absolutely appalling! Was supposed to have my parcel 6 days ago. Yesterday I got an update saying they wouldn’t be able to deliver but would be delivering today…No update today and message still says the same thing. No idea where my parcel is. Maybe on Mars??

I have just received the Frida boots and they are beautifully made. My shopping experience was good. Excellent customer service. They responded very quickly to my emails. Shipping was very quick to the UK. All round good service!
