"It was my first time using their services and I am absolutely impressed! 10/10 experience. I was served by Sandra, who was incredibly kind, polite, and professional. Very good experience overall

Very good experience overall. The ordering process was smooth, communication was clear, and everything was handled professionally. Delivery was quick and the service was reliable. I would happily use this shop again and recommend it to others.

I originally gave them a one-star review because the whole experience was quite disappointing. They sell silver and other metals, and I bought from them expecting delivery within about four days. Instead, it took them over three weeks to get my order to me. One of the items arrived in a really odd little bag, and the whole shipment felt quite unprofessional. They never reached out to communicate or update me, and I had to chase them down myself. Honestly, I think there are definitely better places to buy from than this one.

We would like to clarify the timeline of your order to provide context. Your order was placed on 30 October. During our standard address verification process, the delivery address was flagged as a partial match due to missing information. We attempted to contact you and were able to speak with you on 3 November, at which point the address was amended.

Once the corrected address was received, your order was scheduled for dispatch on our earliest available slot, 13 November. At that time, our operations update, available on our website, clearly communicated that dispatch times were longer than usual due to increased demand.

We aim to provide clear communication and timely delivery at all times. In the months of October and November, we received over 10,000 incoming calls, and we apologise if communication was slower than normal. However, had the address been input correctly at the time of order, the delay caused by the address issue would not have occurred.

We appreciate your feedback and hope this clarifies the circumstances surrounding your order.

Żadnego telefonu z wyjaśnieniem.
To ja musiałem wydzwaniać i czekać az ktoś odbierze i po wielu chwilach informuje ze osoba będzie spóźniona.
Co za spostrzegawczość.

Dziecko i żona zmęczeni całodzienna podróżą.
Nie miałem okazji na ciemnym parkingu obejrzeć czy samochód jest cały.
Okazało się ze nie był, bo na dzień następny zobaczyłem rysy na nadkolu, co zostało zgłoszone ale bez żadnego odezwu.
Na przyszłość wolę dopłacić pewną kwotę, i wybrać solidną firmę.
W końcu kiedy płacę £500 to czegoś oczekuje.

Panie Marcinie, parking jest własnością lotniska i jest oświetlony. Rezerwacja złożona była przez pośrednika. Pośrednicy nie udostępniają nam numeru telefonu do klienta, więc Klient powinien postępować zgodnie ze wskazówkami na voucherze lub dzwonić na ogólny numer infolinii.

Yodel Pieces of shit.

Most unprofessional pieces of sh.t. courier and company.
Courier left my parcel outside the building on public pathway but described left on safe place.
Big lie about service. On delivery time I been all time in home. He never come to my house.
I had more bad experiences with yodel.
