Having been let down last minute, I found eflorist and they could fulfill my order, including some lovely extras. Delivered as promised and the lovely flowers were very much appreciated.

I had no choice as it was an insurance job. I originally booked a home visit, then got a phone call offering me a next day appointment in Bradford. I waited ages in the waiting room and then was confronted by a man who had no idea why I was there. I was told in and out in 20 minutes by the mystery caller, but the technician appointed wasn't even in the building yet. I was not made to feel at ease at all. Your people don't know their customers circumstances, so do not need to be aggressive when entering your premises.

On time and very fast following my order.

Second time used, both excellent experiences. Dave M worked through a downpour to fit 2 tyres at my wife's workplace, swapping them round and replaced the spare. Can't fault this firm 5 stars.
