We have been Asda customers in Weymouth for over 20 years. They are our nearest supermarket and for many years they were as good as the competition.
Over the last year or so quality, standards & stock levels have become dire.
In the hope that senior management might take an interest I emailed the head of customer service and the CEO. What a complete waste of time as I was fobbed off without any reply. Of course the management don’t give a toss about their customers and prefer to live in their ivory tower while their competitors show them how to do it.

The staff at Weymouth Toolststion are very friendly and helpful.
Toolstation prices are very competitive.

As usual Axminster Tools processed and deliverd my items without fuss and on time!

Like some other customers I decided to make the journey from the south coast to Hanson Music in Marsden. I am so pleased that I made the journey as I was served by Alistaire Hanson himself. He gave me so much time for which I am very grateful.
I went to try two of their plateau clarinets one in rosewood the other in grenadilla. It was a very difficult choice but I thought that the grenadilla one had the edge.
I am delighted with my purchase.

I am new to modeling so was interested in their product. I have bought the sander which seems OK. Time will tell if it was a good buy.

I paid for a next day delivery signed for letter on Monday 15th Sept. Today its the 18th September and still has not been delivered.
The Post Office web site makes it difficult to lodgae a complaint.

I am in France trying to alter my return ferry from St Malo to Cherbourg. Every time I go through the amendment procedure I get an error message saying “oops, there seems to be a problem “
I have tried emailing to their email address. enhanced flexibility three days ago and no reply even after reminders.

A friend had recently showed me his Sketchers Slip On shoes which looked good.
I was in Weymouth and found the Pavers shop and enquired. The two lady assistants were very helpful in finding me what I wanted.

I enjoy using my Currensea card while abroad as I get almost instant notification of transactions which reassures me that I have not been overcharged.

The chair arrived in reasonable time and it is comfortable.
I emailed Kilos to say that the carry case was damaged by the sharp edge of one of the legs in transit but nobody has bothered to reply.

On many occaisions we have booked travel online only to find out at the end that we missed something or the web site seemed to alter information.
Brittany Ferries web booking system is better than most and we found the booking pretty straightforward.

It was such a pleasure to have Hayes Travel in Weymouth find us a spring break. The two girls who we dealt with could not have been more helpful.
It’s no wonder Hayes are held in such high regard.

I have rarely used Brewers in the past finding it easier to get to our local B&Q. The problem with them is that the staff rarely have any knowledge of their products.
Passing our local Brewers recently I popped in. I found the staff very friendly and very well informed about their products.
I will use them more in the future.
