Used Bonusprint over the years ...

Used Bonusprint over the years and even the days of basic camera, 35mm, SLR 1980's on wards (with Truprint rivals), digital. Yes I know they have changed hands over time and will be a part of Photobox, on which I do hope they still keep their individuality!
Always been nice Customer Services when needed!

Wow how technology has moved on ...

Very Disappointing

Very Disappointing! (Ref: 374843)
Paid for 1-2 Working days (23rd Aug) would of expected it at least sometime Friday, Saturday (today) thats when I did require my order; for a special party event, would of accepted it for a midday post, but hey, guess what - It Never arrived - can't understand why? as all my orders from companies this week have all come in super quick, from Royal Mail to Amazon, to DPD - but this one - nothing!,
My first and probably last order from Gear Geek - don't waste the extra money on speedy delivery! and thinking - hope to get your product quickly!

Poor product

Brought Apple Watch a few months ago, awaiting current watch to die, now has and so decided to set up my replacement. I also purchased in advance, mediadevil screen protection covers for Apple watch, going on peoples reviews a few months ago, was looking forward to applying, hummmm ...

Followed instructions to pin point , after 3 days the small air bubbles never disappeared as per instructions and the protector is full of marks and that’s when you follow the instructions, no way crystal clear I even stopped using the provided smoothing card thinking this is the problem, nope fingers and cloth only and still marks on the last attempt, no problem with dust and no problem with alignment, just poor products !
Used other products in past on Apple screened devices, with no problems, I thought I would give mediadevil a go, a bad choice !!! Expensive rubbish !

Trustpilot is for review of poor service, whereas this seems to be product-related, as we have not had any contact with you. We can absolutely help to get you sorted, and on the general matter of service, I hope our high Trustpilot rating provides a good indication that we do care about our customer experience.

The protector you ordered is one of our most popular items. It uses a material that is more awkward to apply than others, because it needs to be extremely flexible to cover the very curved screen of your device.

From what you’ve said, you clearly did read our instructions (I would say that skim-reading of instructions accounts for most issues), and the issue you’ve experienced would usually be resolved by just waiting the few days that we mention in the instructions. It could therefore be that the issue is trapped dust, that sounds quite likely to me, but I don’t have the info I need to be able to confidently say.

In any case, this shouldn’t happen if the instructions are followed and if it’s not trapped dust, and we’d absolutely be able to get you sorted here, ideally after seeing a photo, which can be very revealing for diagnostic reasons.

You’ve provided your order ID with your review and I am honestly not sure if that is because this is your way of indirectly requesting us to contact you, or because you don’t want to be contacted yet wanted to verify your genuine purchase. I’ve checked our records and can see we haven’t been contacted about this issue.

We’re absolutely here to help, but ultimately, we do need you to contact us in order for us to know you’ve experienced an issue and to be able to help you. I set up the business as a result of my own very poor experience when ordering from another business, and I believe that a business or brand is only as good as its after-support. We transparently encourage you to contact us about any difficulties, at three different stages during your experience with us:

1) In the email you received when ordering.
2) On the leaflet you received with your order.
3) In the product application instructions

We’re going to discuss at our end whether it would be appropriate for us to reach out to you. Just renewed - Been using since 2015/16, I had a card cloned whilst travelling the world and very bad experience. A lovely couple from east of london I met in Canada said use this company called Centrip.
Once your used to the way it works, fees, rates and transactions then all good to recommend

A disgrace pay for private transfer and they put you on a coach !

A disgrace, hoppa what has happened to you?well looks like we can’t trust you again.
Recommended to my family and paid for a private transfer, only to be sent with a driver to a coach. Erhhhh yes a coach? sorry - we paid in good faith for a private transfer for 3 and your resort office sent us on a hot no air con coach ?? If we wanted the coach we would of paid for a coach, so you charged us 3 times more, only to be transferred by a coach, where was the car ? ermmm the private car we hoped would be picking us up! Utterly disgraceful! A con is the name you call this type of business. Shameful !!!! Think twice people !

Amended as money refunded, no appologies! think hard about using you again in the future....

Wonderful got there in the end :)

Haven’t used Bonusprint since the days of old 35mm film processing, things have come along way ...

Lovely colours / wonderful product.

Great customer service and also sorted out replacements for some glitches.
Things don’t always run smooth in ways of life, companies/people, we are not always 100% perfect - but with great help/support it was sorted out for me, very professionally and its all about the way you sort out issues for people is key to success!

Hoping things can improve!

My first ever experience, sadly there were some issues, but Kim did kindly get a reprint done for me, but after careful inspection, it never came close to the quality/standard of the first printed canvas (minus the raised problems).

Then the re-prints were very dark, luckily as some of the pictures uploaded were sort of lightish photos, I could accept these (minus 1 of them that I hope someone will enjoy as I couldn't bare to look at it and gave it away).
More upset about the reprint situation?

A few attempts to correct via reprints. Kim has been really fair at trying to iron out the issues, very good level of professional Customer Service and done what she could to help me.

The products are well packaged, but more care still needs to be taken on the attention to details before sending out, please start focusing on the raised points and trying to improve/fix these areas. Saves everyone upset and stresses. Not perfect experience, but I will give benefit of doubt.

I will think carefully if/when returning in coming future ...

To be really honest

To be really honest, I'm starting to loose faith in Photobox and shall think about using another company very soon.

Yes they have been professional at helping with issues raised with printing and credited back for the issues, but they are not taking on board these problems. There must be something not right with the software they must be using?
The new layout doesn't seem as friendly or flexible as the previous layouts but maybe this has been done to solve problems?
Only Photobox can answer that!

A special photo book was created for my father as his special birthday gift and there seemed to be extra colours/lines in the book that I never added or are not on my pictures I uploaded. Yes photobox kindly said they would rectify the issues and reprint, but yet again the problems were still there on the replacement? How frustrating!

I have also used them for a photo book for myself and it seemed okay and then when I started going through the book I noticed white line on black background (one can only assume printing is out of line) and white marks where I assume a machine cuts the paper but left jagged white marks?

Like I said there help is good and this is why 3*, but printing issues not being sorted in my opinion less than 3*

I have given benefit of doubt, but now on my third time using Photobox, not sure I have a lot of trust left in them...
