Deliveries arrive promptly, full of excellent, fresh ingredients. This is a great way of trying new recipes - I'm learning new vegetarian dishes (other than mac 'n' cheese!) as I'm actively trying to reduce the amount of meat we eat. It's also easy to skip a week, if required.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had to call 8-10 times to get a partial refund for damage. No one ever called me back. I had to make all the running. i was extremely patient and never rude. If I had not been persistent I would still be waiting. It took about three months from purchase and was very trying. You do not seem to keep the same customer service agent for more than a few days, so hardly surprising really.
The fact it has taken nearly 6 months for you to send out for feedback kind of says it all.

I accidentally ordered two vouchers instead of one. I need not have panicked - I was refunded without any hassle whatsoever.
