I placed an order for a bottle of wine for my husband as an Anniversary gift. The address loaded incorrectly, so I immediately sent an email. No response. I sent another email. No response. Telephoned. No answer just music playing. Put a note on their FB page. No response. Lost just under £50. So beware before you place an order with this company!

I received up-to-date tracking throughout the day of arrival and it arrived exactly on time. The driver and his mate were very polite and helpful.
