Delivery took an age, there were also a few items missing from my delivery. I received no email confirmation with a list of items and there was no invoice in the box that came. I have emailed them requesting an invoice and asked regarding the missing items but I have heard nothing back. Better to order with other companies.

A cheery chap who gave me the gift of coffee on a Sunday morning…what better greeting when you open the door!

I was able to order with ease, to collect on a day of my choosing, check out was easy and the cake didn’t cost an arm and a leg. I got a little message iced on the cake and it was beautifully done! Collection was easy and fuss free! I will be buying all my cakes from here in future! (Almost forgot to mention how fresh and tasty the cake was!!)

Firstly, the wallpaper itself is stunning!!! I can’t describe how much of a change to our environment it made. The purchase and delivery was quick. No mistakes were made, seamless transaction (and now a beautiful wall…I need to order another roll though as I estimated too short…I should’ve used their handy calculator on the website)

Darren is awesome!!! He’s very patient and skilled at what he does. Our son is six and Darren was very good at engaging with him and making sure he understood everything that was being said. He looked forward to his sessions and was riding his bike by himself on the second day. He instilled confidence and a love for cycling. We can’t thank you enough!

Peter was the superstar for me! I was feeling anxious about getting the test and he allayed my fears and took the time to explain the process to me. What a super star.

Amazing products at VERY reasonable prices..the ONLY problem I have is choosing WHAT to buy next. Love love love this site!!!

I ordered a range cooker and told the man at currys about the steps into my house and down to the kitchen. They arrived on the day and told me it was too heavy to carry down and that they could leave it outside the front door and I could get people to carry it down and they could come back at a later date to install it. I was horrified by the laziness and improper planning on their part. I got a call from the “know how” team and explained what had happened and pointed out that AO.com had managed an American fridge freezer down the stairs to which she replied “well we’re not AO.com”...this was obvious. It’s a shame they didn’t KNOW HOW to carry a cooker down the stairs or KNOW HOW to be polite and fulfil the job I had paid them to do. Cooker sent back and will now source it from AO.com. Do not recommend!!!!!!

Whether it's on the phone or in person, Ukecig are wonderful. They listen to what I want,are happy to answer questions,advise and I am always very happy with my purchase. Their prices are the best I've found! Friendly people who know their stuff.
