THIS IS A SCAM! Do not buy anything from this company! The company advertises as UK but it’s in China. The products are very low grade and very poor quality and not as advertised. When I asked to return for a refund I was given a China address. Then I heard nothing back for a month after returning the product until I reported to my bank. Now I’ve finally received my refund. Be aware of this scammer!

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Cheap misleading product, I could get better from street sellers. I received the worst customer experience after complaining about their product breaking on wearing it. I’ll never go back and would warn people from purchasing from them or be prepared for their lack of service.

I have been going back and forth with the same Specsavers and my lenses are still not corrected and giving me headaches. I'm not sure if they know what they're doing. At the last appointment I was told I have a cataract in one eye hence the problem they're having to correct my lenses. I was then given a letter for referral to eye hospital. However I am still not getting joy (if only worse) from the new prescription again. Not impressed.
