Review person was hard to understand, didn’t seem to listen half the time what I was saying. Wanted proof of certain bills that’s in partners name even though I said I’m not sure I can get those with the gdpr.. went into Iva 5 years ago to cut debt and costs and they went and put it up by 200 odd pounds! Now that I’ve said can’t afford that they yet again want to extend my Iva so that will be not 6 years in this shite but probably 7.. absolute parasites!! Wide berth is my advice

Recently got an iPhone 16 pro just after release and have to say that Tesco mobile online was brilliant, had the iPhone in the colour and the storage size I wanted and was promptly with me within 2 days due to the weekend. Tesco was also and I have to say a hell of a lot cheaper than any other mobile supplier such as EE, O2 etc! Good deal and not daylight robbery like some of the other networks offer you!

I have been in here a lot for myself and my partner, to add I actually worked for VPZ for a while so I am aware of the customer service that’s required and how you are meant to be with customer service and the greetings and steps.. the girl in Dereham store needs to go re-do her training as when you walk in the store soon as you shut the door all you get is a “what can I get you?”… what you can get me is nothing now because I find your mannerisms rude and abrupt and that is not the way VPZ expects you to greet or communicate with customers!! Seriously considering switching vape shops as this is the same with her every time you go to the store

Wages paid into account to which you’re not supposed to get charged for taking out cash after so many withdrawals! Still get charges even though my account has wages paid into it! Monzo then replied saying talk to us on the app!! Yeah I would if there was something in the app where I could talk to them, there is nothing I’ve seen apart from if you click help lists upon lists of problems and just an online solution question and answer thing!! Useless banking app as far as I’m concerned, think I’ll go back to Barclays

I'm a car mechanic, I went to machine mart as the snap-on dealer did not have a couple of tools I required. Machine mart had these tools, very competitive price and very helpful staff in finding what I was looking for and great customer service. Will be using them again in the future .
