The plant arrived in ok-ish condition, slightly yellowed. I could see on Yodel's website that it had been with them since 6th March - it wasn't delivered till the 11th! Please change your delivery company.

Just had the pump on our Ebac washing machine replaced by Malcolm, one of their engineers. Superb service - very efficient, friendly and it's back to working well again.

Decided to move to Agile Outgoing and asked on twitter how to do this. Connor and Ben from Octopus got this sorted for me almost immediately! Very pleased with the service.
