I recently received my renewal quote, tbh I was going to cancel it as didn't think I'd need an annual one. I rang to discuss it, no wait was put thru to a lovely young lady who gave me a quote for a single trip. After going thru everything and giving it some thought decided to go ahead with the annual one as wasn't much difference in price.

Ordered the white dachshund sweatshirt. Prompt delivery and very well packaged.
Just one little flaw - the picture on front is like a transfer and top right hand corner has slight white mark similar to a mark left by sticky label, however it won't wipe off and don't want to rub and risk taking part of the pic off.

The write up was very good so I bought the honey with turmeric which is delicious.
I will be trying the other flavours too.
Delivery was prompt and well packaged.

My dogs usual brand of Country Hunter has stayed the same price and not risen as in other pet suppliers.
Always good choices on food, treats, accessories. My only disappointment is that my local store no longer stocks James Wellbeloved superfoods kibble!

Ordered the bra. Colour was milk bottle but was more like milk chocolate. Fabric made my skin very warm. Sizing I would say comes up smaller so I would recommend going up a size. For the money I was slightly disappointed.

Like the shop, they do a very good range usually but sometimes disappointed at puppy range of food and also they no longer stock James Wellbeloved superfoods biscuits so have to go elsewhere for those.

Have used KC insurance for my previous 2 dogs, on occasion when a claim is needed the service was quick and efficient.

The 'click and' collect' system isn't the best, have used it few times and each time takes longer! Could be my phone tho! Order is always ready promptly from my local Gloucester store and always find the staff friendly and helpful. Only one small nuisance and that's a brand of dog biscuits my two love is now not stocked in Gloucester which means another order for it to be delivered to me and again that system I find is slow.

Ordered blue star harness for Buzz, he's a large standard dachshund. Great fit and very quick delivery.

Kept in touch with regard to delivery, I ordered distressed metal 3 tier planter, at first thought it a tad expensive but decided to treat myself anyway and when it came on Friday was very pleased with it, bigger than I thought and aged to perfection!

Ordering was easy and delivered promptly by courier. Very efficient service!
