Can’t get better!

My husband bought me two onesnug hoodies for Christmas and they are perfect! Such good quality and soo SOFT! After having a very poor experience buying a gift from another well known hoodie company, it compelled me to write a honest review for a company that deserves the recognition! I’m so pleased with my hoodies, I won’t shop anywhere else in future, I’m already looking at the onesnug blankets! Thank you so much 😊

Took a chance, wish I hadn’t!

Poor experience shopping with this company and their customer service rely heavily on AI for their responses. Received a faulty Dragon Ball Z Oodie I’d bought as a gift. I contacted them for help because I am disabled I can’t get to a drop off point to return it. I asked if I could have a partial refund because the faults (holes, wonky stitching, multiple loose threads and I later found out the embroidery was coming undone) were bad but I hoped someone I know could fix it. I was told I had to return to get a refund. I asked if they could arrange a collection from my home and they said no, I had to arrange it myself and at my own cost (for being disabled and receiving a faulty item from them, nice!). After reading many reviews on here about them not giving full refunds, I asked if I would receive a full refund (over £60) if the item was returned and was told yes, I would receive a full refund upon return. I queried again stating the amount I paid and was then told I wouldn’t receive a full refund. With no explanation to why I wouldn’t get a full refund for receiving a faulty item. I will be reporting them to trading standards for breaching the consumer rights act. Don’t bother shopping here, there are plenty of other blanket hoodies available on the market and they are significantly better quality.

Update from response - I was asked to add my order number to this review when I posted it which I did so they are lying about not being able to see my order details. Once again they don’t read, I’m unable to get to a drop off point to return the item. Why would I do so when no one at this company can be honest or conscience and tell me how much I’m going to be refunded, the amount keeps changing. They are an untrustworthy and a generally awful company, stay well away!!

Non existent communication

Communication from this company is appalling. After 10 days, I finally got my incomplete and damaged order. There wasn’t any note within the order I received about a refund of the missing item or if it was coming at a later date, just the missing item crossed out of the invoice that came inside the parcel. I messaged them on their web chat but have received no response on there. I got an email two days ago saying I would get a refund for the damaged item because they no longer have stock to replace it, nothing about the missing item. I replied to their refund email straight away but have heard nothing so I’ve just sent another message on their chat. Absolutely ridiculous, I’m a repeat customer but this is the last straw. I won’t be shopping with lush again.

Exceptional experience, always recommending

I have shopped with Arden Grange for many years and would never use anyone else to buy my dogs food from. I’ve recommended them to family members and they use them too. Arden Grange have always been supportive and go above and beyond, especially recently during a very difficult time for my family and I. Thank you for your support and understanding over the past years. If we get another dog in the future, we wouldn’t hesitate to shop with you again.

Avoid

Rarely have a good experience buying from lush, this time has been the worst. I placed my order on 30th December (10 days ago) and I’ve not heard a peep since. I messaged them a few days ago and was told someone would get back to me but they haven’t. Maybe they should stop the Boxing Day sale as they clearly can’t cope, they’ve had nothing but issues every year for the past 3 years.

12 HOURS I’ve been trying to add your items to my basket. I give up. My husband managed to add the items to his basket and check out however, then you didn’t recognise our address! You have delivered to us many times!! Sort it out Lush!

Regular visitor

My family usually has a pleasant visit to Springfield Blue Diamond garden centre. However, there was one person on our visit early last week (before our most recent visit on Saturday), where someone in a hi-viz tabard rudely shouted at my husband from across the restaurant. There really wasn’t any need to be rude or to shout, the restaurant was empty. We won’t let this put us off visiting because every other staff member we have spoken too in the shop has been lovely.

Excellent

I had a prescription for temperature controlled items from my dogs vet. It was easy to find the items on VetMedi’s website and the prescription process, dispatch times and delivery was clearly outlined. My order was processed quickly and dispatched within a few days. I placed my order Monday evening and had received it by 1pm Thursday.

Great shopping experience

Great shopping experience. It was easy to order online. My order was dispatched within 5 days, two being weekend days. Once my order was dispatched, it arrived the following day which is great considering it is the busiest time of the year. My items were packed well and are perfect, thank you 😊

Cancelling order but charging me anyway!

Following on from my review on 20th November. I was told the remainder of my order had been cancelled and I hadn’t been and wouldn’t be charged for the two outstanding items. However, on 21st November HMV took 9.99 from my bank account without my consent and after them confirming the cancellation and confirming I wouldn’t be changed on 20th November.
I haven’t received any emails regarding this charge, nor an email regarding dispatch of the item. Feel like I’m being scammed.

Update from response - I had already emailed the address mentioned before leaving this review and I also sent a message to your legal team at 9am but haven’t heard anything.

Poor Longevity for the Price

Three years ago today I ordered three vertical blinds from this company. After I received my order, which arrived damaged and two of the blinds were made incorrectly. It took three months to sort out, in the end I gave up and I’ve been left with vanes of different lengths for the past three years. The quality of the blinds are awful, each plastic weight has snapped where the chain attaches to it. I’ve got other blinds I’ve had since the house was built over 20 years ago that are in better condition. I wouldn’t recommend and advise anyone else to shop elsewhere.

Awful, don’t bother shopping online

Awful experience, have cancelled outstanding items from the order and I won’t be buying from them again. Received a damaged item so contacted customer service on their chat, was told I’d have to return the item for a refund and they don’t provide replacements. I tried to go through their portal to arrange a collection for the return and it wouldn’t work, I tried all the information they requested. The customer service agent said this was strange so they investigated and said returns can’t be booked on day of delivery, how ridiculous!! The customer service agent said they couldn’t arrange a return for me either and I’d have to wait until tomorrow to try again. I don’t have days to wait in for collections and am unable to physically get to a drop off point to return. Won’t be shopping here again.

Awful website and app

Their website and app is awful! Have spent over an hour trying to add 3 DVD’s to my basket. Have tried on my phone and laptop so it isn’t my end.

Update - after 2h managed to order the items I wanted. It shouldn’t be this difficult. It wasn’t my end, I tried on my phone, laptop and tablet, all 3 were having the same issue. I received the DVDs a few days ago and one box set was in very poor condition. I contacted music magpie and they refunded me for that one box set because they didn’t have a replacement in stock.

Very disappointed Apple Watch 11 purchase

Very disappointed, ordered the new series 11 Apple Watch with blush band. Within 4 days of wearing it, the band has gone black. It’s not dirt, more like staining. I contacted apple and they’ve told me I need to return the whole thing for a refund. Instead of just returning the band for a replacement. Very disappointed, not the usual good quality products or care I expect from apple!
