Took a chance, wish I hadn’t!
Poor experience shopping with this company and their customer service rely heavily on AI for their responses. Received a faulty Dragon Ball Z Oodie I’d bought as a gift. I contacted them for help because I am disabled I can’t get to a drop off point to return it. I asked if I could have a partial refund because the faults (holes, wonky stitching, multiple loose threads and I later found out the embroidery was coming undone) were bad but I hoped someone I know could fix it. I was told I had to return to get a refund. I asked if they could arrange a collection from my home and they said no, I had to arrange it myself and at my own cost (for being disabled and receiving a faulty item from them, nice!). After reading many reviews on here about them not giving full refunds, I asked if I would receive a full refund (over £60) if the item was returned and was told yes, I would receive a full refund upon return. I queried again stating the amount I paid and was then told I wouldn’t receive a full refund. With no explanation to why I wouldn’t get a full refund for receiving a faulty item. I will be reporting them to trading standards for breaching the consumer rights act. Don’t bother shopping here, there are plenty of other blanket hoodies available on the market and they are significantly better quality.
Update from response - I was asked to add my order number to this review when I posted it which I did so they are lying about not being able to see my order details. Once again they don’t read, I’m unable to get to a drop off point to return the item. Why would I do so when no one at this company can be honest or conscience and tell me how much I’m going to be refunded, the amount keeps changing. They are an untrustworthy and a generally awful company, stay well away!!
