Rang to re-arrange smart meter installation. Spoke with Liam who cancelled the original date and then asked what date i was looking for rather than giving me a date. All sorted quickly and Liam confirmed the original date had been cancelled and the new date i would receive a confirmation email before hanging up. The email was received within 5 minutes of ending the call.

Website very informative and was easy to order. However was late on the delivery date. Had to chase up to see when it was going to be delivered. Came in a box so was easier to get upstairs. Probably one person could have managed to get it upstairs but with 2 of us was much easier. Once out of the box and released from the vacuum wrapping inflated quite quickly and was up to its full height after about 4 hours. My wife has already got used to the mattress and loves it but i'm still adjusting to it but have less aches than with our previous mattress.

Easy to pick and order what you require. I went for the free delivery that was within 28 days but took about 35. Unit OK but needed to remove the protective tape around the edges of the glass before installation which was a pain. Overall the window is ok but a bit pricey especially with the lead time for delivery. I found a local supplier (who used pilkington K glass) which was nearly half the price although it doesnt have the 10 year guarantee like this does. 306880

Good and easy to use. Only downside is the availability of some of the advisers. One 1 wanted as a first choice wasn't available so i was put in touch with another but the following week when i applied to another adviser who wasn't also available they ended up putting me in touch with the one i wanted the previous week. So if this happen to you might be as well going to advisers website and getting in touch that way.

From start of planning to delivery excellent customer service. We changed the plans quite a few times with their recommendations and then our own. Always willing to amend and explain why something can't be done. They also priced matched the electrical items of which some were cheaper elsewhere. A few days before delivery they rang to confirm everything was still ok for that date. Delivered on time nothing missing or damaged. Everything fit to the plan perfectly no problems encountered.
Only little niggle i would have was that nobody actually got in touch to see that the kitchen was installed and everything was OK.

No confirmation e-mail to confirm order so had to ring up. Underlay was then delivered next day no problems.
