My daughter has recently started with Lee and settled very well after her initial scepticism of having a tutor. Lee is patient and supportive and my daughter is already gaining in confidence after only 3 lessons.

A recent engineer visit from Lawal Johnson during to a major fault on our panel. Lawal attended at the weekend as a priority call out and got us back up and running. He was very knowledgeable and completed to the job to a high standard. Thanks Lawal!

I have received treatment for cancer via BMI Alexandra during the last 18 months and they have been simply superb. From initial consultation and surgery through to post treatment check ups, they have been wonderful. A special mention to the team on The Richmond Ward where I received my chemotherapy, Carla and her team are literally 'Earth Angels' and could not have done anymore to help me through a very challenging 6 months of chemo. The wrap around care and out of hours help was amazing and they were with me every step of the way.

Despite adding notes to the order and despite having purchased over 10 radiators within the last 12 months, my order was still sent by courier who refused to deliver to my house because his van was too big to fit between the gateposts. What is the point of asking for additional notes to support delivery and then completely ignoring them.

I am sorry to read that the delivery courier let you down with delivery.
Unfortunately even with notes passed on it is purely down to the driver on the day to read and follow these notes and as you have seen this does not always happen.
If we haven't already done so, please can we refund you the delivery element included in the price of the product.
