Vinted side with scammers!!! You're not safe when selling!!

I have 100% 5 star feedback as a casual seller on vinted and for the first time I have now been scammed by a buyer and Vinted not only closed the case in UNDER 24 hours in the scammer's favour but ler the scammer keep the item FOR FREE and that's all despite me having not had a fair chance to win the dispute! Vinted didn't give me the option to offer just a partial refund AND vinted IGNORED my photographic evidence that the item was packaged safely! (Scammer claimed it was packaged badly!) Not only that but I said to the scammer that if he wanted a refund he has to send me back the item - HE REFUSED! Logically, if a person is truly unhappy with a purchase and wants a refund would you not be happy to return the item?! Vinted CS should have read our conversation and seen that! It only takes a bit of common sense to realize the guy was a scammer! So what did vinted do? Closed the dispute in the scammer's favour, gave him a full refund, let him keep the item. I got no money for the sale and no compensation for my item AND did not have a chance to just offering a partial in the first place! When I'd clicked to 'Accept return' it had a pop up warning saying i should wait for the tracking number before accepting. That's why I did not click it! So I didn't have option to partial refund, if I had accepted he'd have gotten a full refund immediately without me getting my item back, he refused to send it back also and vinted less than 24 hours closed the dispute in scammer's favour and I lost my items and money! I had sent the photographic evidence to vinted of the package (as i had taken photographic evidence) VINTED IGNORED ME! Someone tell me how this is fair?! We as a seller can't even appeal! I looked everywhere for how to do that and couldn't find a way! I messaged vinted and they gaslit me saying my packing was bad and their hands are tied! (Gaslighting becsuse I sent PROOF the packaging was excellent!)! Sellers are not safe when selling on vinted. We dont have rights, cs don't care if we have proof that the person is scamming us, scammers win on there! Disgusting! Might have to seek legal advice. I have more than enough evidence and I need my money that i'm owed!

NEVER PAY THE EXTRA FOR COLLECTION IT'S A SCAM!!

My mother purchased me a new bed and mattress from very to be delivered by ArrowXL. She paid EXTRA to have my old mattress and bedframe to be taken away by ArrowXL upon delivery of my new Divan and new mattress. I was even with her when she contacted ArrowXL the day before to confirm they were going to take away my old mattress and frame and they reassured us that yes they were still going to. When the men arrived the next day with my new Divan and mattress they point blank REFUSED to take away my old frame and mattress despite me having PAID THE EXTRA!! The men claimed they don't actually do collections and that supposedly they keep telling their boss or whoever that they don't. They also claimed they had no space in their vehicle (even though there would have been space where our new Divan and mattress had been sitting!!!) I contacted ArrowXL customer service who are absolutely abysmal and didn't care less! Not only they didn't care but REFUSED to refund all the extra charges that I paid to have my old bed and old mattress collected and also refused to send anyone else to come and collect them!! ArrowXL take HOURS to reply. They took ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY whatsoever and after hours (now days!) of back and forth messages (with hours wait in-between each) and a load of gaslighting, word salad and dismissiveness. The last reply was days ago where they told me to just contact the retailer (I this case was Very) for collection refund. I have had no refund from either company!, no way of getting rid of my old mattress as my car is too small and I haven't got the money to have a different company collect (as Arrow XL and Very refuse to refund it even though they refused to do what was paid for!!) Disgusting company! Do NOT pay any extras ever for them to collect your old furniture as its clearly a scam and they won't refund you yet alone care! At a loss as to what to do to get my money back and have my old mattress collected!!! Fuming!

If they dont send someone new to collect my old mattress on monday AND issue a FULL refund for the extra charges my mother paid to have my old frame and mattress collected, we might have to seek legal advice! I refuse to let them get away with this disgusting service and attitude! They should not be able to keep money for a job they refused to actually do and according to the delivery men "don't actually do". Why offer a service that you don't actually do and have the audacity to charge EXTRA for it? Isn't that scamming people? Disgusting!

0 stars but sadly trustpilot doesn't offer that option!

Thank you Stan at Hastings Branch!

Just want to say a massive thank you to Stan at Dunelm, Hastings as he was absolutely wonderful. It's very rare that people are patient with me ( due to my neurodivergence I am taken the wrong way all the time) but Stan was extremely kind, helpful and patient with me. I needed help finding the right size pillow pad for a pillowsham I bought online as I didn't know it wasn't gonna arrive with one already so I went in store, took the pillowsham and he helped me go through a bunch of cushion pads and try them. He was very kind and patient and I couldn't be more grateful. One of the kindest retail workers I've had the pleasure of coming across. Thank you Stan at the Hastings branch you are a legend!

As for the company itself. I love Dunelm products. You can find almost any home related thing you need online and in store. High quality items and sometimes great sales too! It was a bummer that online there was no mention of the pillowsham not coming with a cushion pad already inside (Sophie Robinson pillowsham) but that's literally the only minor issue. Overall I love Dunelm!

Thank you Cyrus at Ocado!

Ocado are always, always excellent! Everyone who has come to deliver to me/my mumma have been lovely. I wanted to make a special mention to Cyrus who came to deliver to us yesterday. What a kind man. Without even asking he came and brought our shopping all the way to our floor (several floors high) he didn't have to as we always say we'll happily come down but he was already up by the time we were about to head down. He carried ALL the bags by himself, was very friendly too. The other drivers we've had all show up early but they politely call ahead to ask if it's okay for us and it always is! Mumma and I are always extremely happy and grateful as we book the cheapest delivery slot which is usually quite late (due to price) so when they show up a bit earlier (after confirming its okay) we're always so grateful. They are never late, always punctual too! We also love that with Ocado we have never had ANY substitutions needed and nothing is ever missing. They also package our shopping really well. We also love that on the website they sell M&S products which is great because we love M&S and M&S don't sell their food on their own website so Ocado are the only way we can get it without going instore. Its fantastic! Ocado are an excellent company. Always 100/10! Keep up your top customer service Ocado!

ITEMS NEVER SENT/ DOESN'T REPLY TO MESSAGES

First time ordering from Zatu on the 12th Feb and despite their website saying they "aim to dispatch within 24 hours" it's now a few days later (Monday) and NO dispatch. My Trick or Treat Studios Gizmo and Neca Ultimate Flasher Gremlin both said 3+ in stock at the time of ordering so they absolutely should have been dispatched within that 24 hours promised. I've had absolutely no updates and Zatu don't reply to messages. I contacted them and no replies. Really want my items and was extremely excited for them. Highly doubt I'm gonna recieve them and contacting them was a waste of time as they don't reply to anything! Very upset and I doubt clearpay will refund if the items still dont turn up this week so not only I haven't recieved my extremely expensive order that I still really want! BUT I'm out of pocket too and THEY DONT REPLY TO MESSAGES OR UPDATE! If the delay has occured due to unforeseen circumstances outside their control they should contact us customers automatically to apologize, offer compensation and ask us if we would like a full refund or if we'd rather wait. The complete lack of updates and them being unresponsive to emails is unacceptable and there's no good excuse! No point filling out their form to contact as they just ignore you. I want my order but I don't want it a week+ after ordering from a company who claims they aim to dispatch within 24 hours AND my items were 3+ in stock each! They Zatu clearly have no care whatsoever about even basic customer service!

UPDATE: Got a reply via email AFTER leaving my 1 star. They gave me an absolutely ridiculous excuse. They confirmed that not everything listed as 'in stock' are in stock quote "We have a large variety of products meaning that some items have to be stored at other storage sites across the country, and these have to transfer to the warehouse we dispatch from. While this typically does not take long, it does mean we are unable to deliver these items on a next day service." As we know though, UK companies don't take 1 week+ to deliver within England! Thus, they're clearly getting products in from ABROAD thus NOT already in stock even though listed as such!, having them brought to random warehouses over here then waiting for their warehouses to send it to them (when couldn't the warehouse send it direct to us?) They state on the website they aim to deliver within 24 hours so they have confirmed that's a lie with their response! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! Misleading, lies, rubbish excuses no apologies or compensation and zero accountability too! AVOID!

Speedy dispatch but not really bargains!

Ordered from Bargain Max many times and they're always brilliant! My only issue is I wouldn't say they have "bargains" as for example all the dolls are the same price elsewhere (Monster High, Rainbow High, Barbie) NOT cheaper and with the title 'bargain' you'd assume they'd be cheaper. The odd item here and there are but not many and they don't really add new ones often which is a shame however I love the fact they accept clearpay and have free delivery and they dispatch extremely fast and the items are packaged well. So I'd give them a 1 star for "bargains" based on what I buy but a 5 for prompt dispatch, no problems with delivery and packaging is great!

First time ordering from Bo Peep

I was hesitant to order from Bo Peep as I'd never heard of the company before but after watching a Jellycat influencer unbox a few Jellycats that she ordered from Bo Peep I decided to take the risk and I'm glad I did! Great selection of Jellycats (loads to choose from), accepts clearpay, uses Royal Mail, EXTREMELY fast dispatch and packaged nicely. Will definitely consider ordering from them again. My only criticism is I wish we could filter our search to only view items in stock as many of the Jellycats that come up say 'sold out'. Would be great to be able to filter to just see items in stock. Other than that minor criticism, pretty great company! Thank you for a great first experience :)

Next don't care about their customers…

Next don't care about their customers and don't know about their products. I emailed Next enquiring about one of their Body Mists by Bath and Body Works asking what iconic fragrance it's supposed to be inspired by (description said it's indpired by an iconic fragrance) and they basically said they wouldn't reply, don't have a clue and some gibberish that was completely unrelated to my question. Clearly they don't know the products they sell and can't be bothered to find out and provide the information. The language used was also extremely complicated to understand. Not friendly at all and didn't care less basically. Will NOT be giving Next a dime after this experience. I should also add that finding how to contact them with product enquiries was impossible. The drop down I found didn't have that option so I had to go with whatever. The form also assumed people have accounts so it's like they don't care less about potential new customers and our enquiries. They're not welcoming at all. You would think a company would want to entice potential customers to purchase from them not push the customers away! Would give 0 stars if I could!

5 Star Customer service very efficient!

5 Star Customer service from Suzanne! Thank you for sorting out my issue. Royal Mail decided to "deliver" my Gomez, Amberley Rabbit and Big Smuge to some randomer at a different address and to add to that in the photo provided on RM tracking I could see it was literally left outside of the resistent's house! Bare in mind Jellycat are highly sought after, stolen and scalped on selling sites and the packaging says Jellycat all over it so the random person probably kept it or a passer by might have taken it. RM weren't able to recover it when Jellycat contacted them. Suzanne was brilliant and told me she could either refund the full amount or send me replacement however my grail Jellycat came back in stock overnight (Large Lavender Dragon) so I asked if I could have her instead and have the difference refunded. Suzanne was extremely friendly and said yes and to add to that she refunded very fast, made the new order very fast AND opted for DHL Express Delivery instead of the incompetent Royal Mail. She was always very friendly in her replies. Seemed to genuinely care. I couldn't be more grateful for the help and kindness. 5 star service from Jellycat. I couldn't recommend them enough! Thank you Suzanne at Jellycat.

Woke and Misleading. Awful company!

I'm a hugeeeeeeee fan of Disney Dreamlight Valley so I watch the showcases that Dreamloft do in regards to new DDV content however for absolutely zero good reason the developers seem to think everybody interested in the content want to know what pronouns each person in the video is! Literally what have pronouns/gender got to do with GAME CONTENT! It's got absolutely zero to do with upcoming dlcs, premium shop items, bug fixes.. Honestly, it's an absolute joke! The worst part is KIDS play the game too NOT just adults so it's literally normalizing all this nonsense for kids! In other words they're trying to brainwash boys and girls to go along with all this pronoun/gender nonsense! Absolutely disgraceful!! Aside from being woke, some items are misrepresented in the Scrooge Store and premium shop for example, the cauldron that can sometimes be purchased at Scrooge is advertised in it's picture as having a green glow inside. When purchased that is absolutely not the case! In October a wonderful Chernabog Changing Castle was to be released in the Premium Store and the original promo picture and the promo pics in the store were completely different to the item once purchased. They were highly detailed, much more fancy looking, walls on the hill bit just stunning! When a lot of us players complained to gameloft they gaslit us, refused to refund our wasted moonstones and changed the promo pics to look like the naff version we all got. According to what I read in DDV Facebook groups a lot of other players were fuming and a lot said this has happened a lot with other advertised in game\premium store items. So to sum everything up, they're woke (obviously NOT a good thing especially for a supposedly family friendly company!) AND they're extremely misleading! They couldn't care less about their players unless the player is a member of the wokearatti. They even decided to leave out their goth community players this year when they decided for the first time since the game launched they'd skip adding a spooky Halloween starpath! That's discrimination tbh! There are many goth community members who love the game and have to wait until October to actually be cared about and this year they decided, nope! Halloween is a lifestyle for a lot of people all over the world and to have that taken away this year was not fair! My final complaint is that the items in premium store are too expensive as are the actual moonstones. There needs to be more ingame ways to earn moonstones like converting our in game currency into moonstones. If you're going to charge us a fortune every week in the premium store we need more ways to earn moonstones that don't involve needing to sell our real life houses! In conclusion I absolutely love, love the game. I'd easily give a 9/10 for the game (lost a point becsuse of the moonstones and misleading promos) but a 0 for gameloft and the current Disney team for having zero empathy, being woke especially when it's supposed to be a family friendly game AND excluding their gothic players this year like they mean nothing!

Refused to refund missing food!

Burger King couldn't care less about customer service! They have this ridiculous policy that if you've had an issue with your food in a restaurant where you require a refund they won't do it online. Thing is, not everyone lives near a BK. A lot of people such as myself will only have it once every few years when driving by a service station or on holiday so people like me just have to let them get away with forgetting our items in our order? How do they expect people who live nowhere near a BK to get our refunds then when they miss some of our items? On the 9th December I ordered 2 whopper meals, 2 chicken royales and onion rings from the 'Blue Boys Tunbridge Wells branch'. There was only 1 member of staff serving, extremely busy restaurant, a group of aggressive people arguing and for some reason glaring at me and I felt extremely unsafe so after waiting a LONG time for my take away meal I rushed out as quick as possible (worth noting I have social anxiety and Autism) By the time I arrived home an hour later (like I said, I live very far from it and to top it the traffic was crazy) my chicken royales were missing! Obviously as a) have social anxiety and b) live too far from any BK I decided to email BK uk with a picture of my receipt, explained everything too and a week later they replied saying unless I go all the way back to the restaurant I won't be getting any refund for the £12.98 worth of Chicken Royals that were missing! Their policy is utterly ridiculous as not everyone lives near a BK so we're screwed if they forget to pack our items or we have any other food related problem. I have no way of getting my £12.98 back. If I were to drive all the way back that refund would only cover petrol if that! Absolutely fuming at their abysmal customer service. Will never be buying from BK again!

Ordered 2 Wednesday dolls on the 16th…

Ordered 2 Wednesday dolls on the 16th August 2024, tracking said they would be delivered on the 21st (today!) Kept checking the order every day then 20th I has no email telling me they'd been dispatched so I logged in and my order had changed to "not available" which struck me as odd since I'd ordered on the 16th and the order was still showing as arriving on the 21st up until that point so I called very and the woman had the audacity to say she's not in stock. I was fuming because obviously you'd think when you order an item you've secured it and when it's been looking fine everyday up until the day before the delivery date! She assured me the order wasn't cancelled and just awaiting stock and removed the postage fee after I asked but then just now (the day they were supposed to be delivered) I got an email saying the order has been cancelled and no more stock will be coming in! EXCUSE ME?! So mine thst I'd ordered must have randomly been allocated to someone else rather than first come first serve basis. No updates at all until I rung up no care in the world from very. Woman on the phone was South African and I tried to get her name for the review but she wouldn't give it. She had the cheek to try have me click a,link to review her "help" She must be joking.. I rather put it here for everyone to see how s@@t the service was and how misleading. I'm fuming! 0 stars!! Ohh and they give you utter bull apology as though we're stupid enough to believe them. Like lies help make things better! Disgraceful service!

REFUSE TO REFUND STOLEN PACKAGE

Updated review on shopdisney, 0 stars for customer service! Evri stole my package and Disney refused to do anything other than open an investigation with evri. What's the point of asking a thief where a stolen item is? What thief is gonna admit it? Disney are refusing to refund or replace the stolen package. I provided them evidence that I'm not the only victim of evri and the cast member didn't care. I have a dispute open on PayPal but I'm not guaranteed to get my refund even through them and I have to wait a minimum of 11 days for PayPal to make a decision. Evri manipulate tracking so sellers keep siding with them. My package was at the delivery depot on Friday then Saturday back on itself to one of their random hubs and no update since. They deleted that from the tracking that it was at delivery depot then after Disney contacted them it's now showing on the tracking. They manipulate what they want you to see. Disney should have believed me as I showed them more than enough evidence of evri's shady ways. I also complained to them about evri when they were still known as hermes MULTIPLE times over the phone in the past. If ShopDisney cared about their customers they would offer other carriers to give us a choice who delivers our items and ideally NOT include evri. The treatment I've had from both companies is disgusting. All I can do is just pray that PayPal help me but like I said, no guarantee that even Paypal refund me my £171.54. Fuming!

0 stars worst courier in the country!

0 stars! I wrote a review a while back of evri when they were known as hermes. They are the absolute worst courier in this country. Their customer service is abysmal, they delete crucial evidences from the tracking to gaslight you into thinking you imagined things such as, my current tracking for my Disney Store package, a few days ago it said it was at the delivery depot already ready to be delivered then the next day instead of saying 'out for delivery' it said it was at one of their hubs and it's been stuck on that for days now! They of course deleted from the tracking that it was at the delivery depot (how convenient for them) so when I contacted shopdisney Disney refused to do anything. No refund and no replacement. They just believe any lie from evri. So I don't have my parcel (today was supposed to be the max estimated delivery date as per what Disney told me) and I have no replacement or refund. I've opened up a PayPal dispute but even thst I have to wait until the 29th for a resolution (minimum!) That's a long time all things considered! Companies need to stop using evri or give us other delivery options in case you like me want to avoid them at all costs!

Never heard of this company before but…

Never heard of this company before but I really wanted the Cakeworthy Beetlejuice pyjamas and they were sold out everywhere else. When I googled the item ghostly goods were the only one with the pjs on stock so I looked through the website, looked for the company on here etc and they looked legit. It's safe to say I'm not disappointed. They dispatched extremely fast and they used royal mail NOT evri so that in itself is a gigantic plus! Item was packaged well and arrived fast too after dispatch. Everything perfect. Very happy! Also, so many great items on the website! Will deffo be purchasing from ghostly goods again at some point! 10/10! Thank you

Excellent company

Excellent company! Ordered my sunglasses late at night on 29th August. They were dispatched on the 30th and arrived today on the 31st. They were also packaged with a lot of love. Very impressed! Also there were 2 free postage options which I was also impressed with! Free next day delivery with DHL and free Royal Mail 24. There were also a couple payable options. I picked DHL Next Day Delivery as RM don't seem to take notice of if you paid for 24, they still show whenever they can be bothered so I played it safe with the DHL option. Very happy I did! Thank you Genuine Style! Will happily buy from you again in the future :)

Misleading Stock Info!

Extremely upset! Ordered the most gorgeous Lulu Guinness sunglasses on the 27th August 2023 from company 'Brand Arena' via Living Social. It showed the glasses I wanted were in stock and only £31.99 so naturally I ordered them. Also ordered a pair of Radley sunglasses for my mum. 28th August we recieved a dispatch email so we both got excited then today on the 29th we got a cancellation email saying they refunded my Lulu Guinness as they were out of stock!! What?! Why wait until last second and after dispatch to let us know that the glasses are actually out of stock? And why didnt it say that in the first place? I checked their website before ordering from them via living social and they said in stock! Completely inexcusable. Hopefully mum's Radleys are actually the ones she wanted. 0 stars for misleading stock info!

0 STARS! MISLEADING STOCK INFO!

Extremely upset! Ordered the most gorgeous Lulu Guinness sunglasses on the 27th August 2023 through them via the website Living Social. It showed the glasses I wanted were in stock and only £31.99 so naturally I ordered them. Also ordered a pair of Radley sunglasses for my mum. 28th August we recieved a dispatch email so we both got excited then today on the 29th we got a cancellation email saying they refunded my Lulu Guinness as they were out of stock!! What?! Why wait until last second and after dispatch to let us know that the glasses are actually out of stock? And why didnt it say that in the first place? I checked their website before ordering from them via living social and they said in stock! Completely inexcusable. Hopefully mum's Radleys are actually the ones she wanted. 0 stars for misleading stock info!

Depop customer service are a joke

Love depop for buying. Easy and quick to set up an account and start listing HOWEVER..difficult to find a contact for customer support AND they randomly delete some listings. They for some reason have decided that I am the ONLY seller not allowed to admit when listing is also listed elsewhere (I have seen MANY other sellers list items with a caption saying "Listed Elsewhere") thus when my listing got randomly taken down today after being up several days! I was baffled! According to depop logic only me saying its also listed elsewhere is prohibited and supposedly it promoting payment to be done outside of depop (utter poppycock!). They're talking out of their backsides! just because something is being sold on multiple sites and a disclaimer honestly saying it doesn't mean promotion of payment outside of the app! And I still don't understand why this only applies to me when like I said I've seen MANY listings saying theirs is on other sites too yet they don't get taken down! I had to Google to find a contact for them as there was no contact info on the app. Their drop down options were limited and unrelated. They can't seem to explain their logic to me either. Somebody called Rica replied. Complete b****cks of a reply. Refused to send me evidence that I was against guidelines. After a lot of arguing she said my listing was reported by a user which if that were the case depop should have seen the users was WRONG. I DID NOT promote payment outside the app and also no apology from depop for deleting listing when it was not in violation of seller policy in literally ANY way.

If it wasn't for today I would have given depop a pretty good score but the lack of remorse for their mistake and lack of evidence to prove their point is unforgivable.

Great delivery okay customer service

I purchased the LOL Surprise Remix Super Surprise set from The Entertainer. The first doll was in perfect condition, the second one turned out great too apart from slight scoffing on her boots..the third doll 'Bad Gurl' had the SAME hands on each arm basically she has 2 left hands!! I contacted both 'The Entertainer'and MGA Entertainment (the creator of LOL Surprise) and did MGA care? Did they kindly offer me a replacement hand? Did they offer a replacement doll? NOPE! They literally didn't care in the slightest. They had the audacity to basically tell me it's 'The Entertainer's' problem (when it most certainly IS NOT as they trust MGA to send them quality control checked items so no IT IS NOT upto them to solve this issue! 'Bad Gurl' having 2 left hands was not the only issue either. Metal Chick has one slightly longer leg than her other one and her corset was bent and thus wouldn't snap on her correctly as it should..it is too small for her. I wrote to MGA about all the issues even providing the photographic evidence and they point blank refused to do anything.

Luckily I did end up contacting The Entertainer. At first I got a response that made me quite cross because they initially (baring in mind my area are in tier 4 now and I did mention that to them) they said I would have to return the whole set that they would have a courier collect it then issue me a full refund (so not a replacement!) and that I'd have to then place a new order for another one! Bare in mind I would have to wait several working days for the money to get back in my bank DURING THE CHRISTMAS PERIOD and risk the item selling out again during that time! It was a ridiculous response from The Entertainer. I of course alerted them to all that and mentioned that MGA refused to do anything and that I was going to file a formal complaint to Trading Standards about MGA and that I was waiting to see what The Entertainer say to know whether or not I was going to complain about them too. Only AFTER that The Entertainer pretended they misread my previous email and said they will send a replacement via express delivery. While I am extremely grateful they are doing something about it I'm not impressed that they didn't offer the replacement in the first place.

On the plus side I must say I am impressed with how quick The Entertainer have been to dispatch things lately. This order was my second of 2 recent orders and both times they were dispatch the following day (despite it being a busy period) and using I presume 1st class because the first item showed up on a sunday and this pack should have arrived day after dispatch but the courier DX were rubbish, lied about attempting delivery sbd turned up a day late) but yes despite busy period the entertainer have been great with speedy dispatching and packing items well too! Impressed with that!
