I got a quote from Money Saving Expert for house insurance . Got You Covered was the best price so spoke to Alice who was polite professional and very helpful. She rang back when she said she would. The final price was slightly higher than the comparison website but cheaper than anywhere else.

When delivered some of the planks had chips broken off the ends of the planks, making them unuseable. The flooring looks great but seems quite brittle. I dropped a cut glass vase and it damaged the flooring. Not as robust as I hoped it would be.

Good quality kitchen units that come pre-assembled ready for doors of your choice or fully assembled with doors.
Staff are really helpful, prices are very reasonable and delivery guys are professional and cheerful. I was unsure abour ordering online but after receiving 1 unit, I bought another 4 because they are excellent value for money.

My Mother's Day freesias, a gift from my daughter,arrived at my home in Guernsey looking very tired and within 48 hours there were dead flowers on 50% of the stems.
It appears that the Guernsey Flowers came from the West Midlands and had to go through Customs on their way from the UK to me. I have been offered a replacement bouquet or a credit note, but I think a refund is due to my daughter. She thought I'd get fresh local flowers grown in Guernsey.
They are not 'Guernsey Flowers' at all and the website is very misleading.

Poor delivery process. Simple ordering and prompt postage. Delivery fell short because product not left in porch as requested (and as stated on package) but returned to post office with no identification card left. Tool station good- Parcel force service poor.
