Used them to transport a printer worth over £700, paid extra to be delivered using tail lift and quickly, the driver took the item first thing in morning delivered after 8 pm, by doing so many loading and unloading he managed to damage the printer in worse way possible. Claim team has told me they cover only 100 and after agreeing for £100 compensation they have disappeared and not replying to my email.

Managed to purchase a unique wine which was not available elsewhere, great communication and delivery.

Unfortunilty it was my first time booking with travel republic and they are agents of agents for hotels. We went turkey the hotel out booked us and they drove us to another hotel an hour away from the other hotel.
No air condition, bad smell, bad food and much more and when we contacted travel republic they just ignored us.
On arrival to UK we complained to them, and they said they will look into it, they only think they said we apologize for your experience we can't do anything.
Never risk your holiday with them, and book your hotel from somewhere you can trust.
