Bought Creed Aventus, and when it arrived it was damaged and leaking. Not the best experience .
Just had John Lewis on the phone to say there is nothing they can do even though they were given proof of damage !!!!
Will not use them again
£220 out of pocket!!!!!

Excellent service from this company!!! The only problem was FedEx as I had paid for next day delivery but took 3 days to arrive. Marine superstore refunded the extra costs.

Love my new sofa , unfortunately due to attitude of Manager and service from the Dundee Branch i would never go back or recommend to anyone. Firstly after leaving Branch happy with my new purchase i read over paperwork to find that i'd been overcharged . Went back to Branch to speak with Manger to have nothing but sarcasim and rude attitude . If i didn't like the sofa so much i would have cancelled my order . Sofa arrived few weeks earlier than advised, we weren't ready to accept so early but was told that they can only hold it for 7 days . Payment had to be made 2 days before delivery . Called to make payment, payment wasn't going through due to card machine . Was advised staff would call back. Lady called back within the hour to advise payment had gone through. She had written card number down without advising me . I did inform her that i wasn't happy that she done that. Sofa Delivered promptly on date agreed , delivery company called before hand to advise on way . We patio doors into kitchen that leads to double door to living room. The guys advised would get through front door which lead in my coat stand being broken. After all this is was happy that sofa was in my house and wouldn't have to deal with this company again. Unfortunately NOT . We had to call them as 2 payments of over £1000 had come from my bank account. This again caused stress as we had to go through bank to release funds back on my card before any Direct Debits tried to come from my bank. We now have a problem with one of the cushions of our sofa that we have got to send in picture so our saga continues . This company is a Joke and certainly will not get any recommendation from myself.
