Poor quality marketing designed to deceive. Poor customer post order service, yes your product is perishable but when it is ordered by error and unopened it is in the state you sent it! Whilst I really like the salted caramel chic chip bar I don't like the company values and behaviours. Including the poor Comms on the availability or lack of my other favourite product pre workout which has not been available for many months without any explanation.

Make offers that are not applicable so I pay £3.99 delivery because one £2.99 item didn't qualify for free delivery. This is false trading in my opinion and misleading marketing. Use only as a last resort.

Another excellent experience with Brook Taverner. I ordered a cashmere wool overcoat and received two days later which was a perfect fit!

I love the quality of the service and of the clothes. I have bought suits, trousers and jackets all of which have been a good fit and good quality. One aspect disappoints me, the website suggests they accept PayPal but I can never progress to checkout when I choose this payment method. I have raised this with them on my last three orders. It is blamed on cookies which I have cleared without it changing the outcome. I don't mind if they don't want people to use PayPal, just take it off the site as an option. But please do something about!

Brook Taverner suits, trousers and jackets are excellent quality and value (provided you obtain the 50% discount which is frequently available). There service is excellent, I have had cause to make returns (fit or multi order for choice) and each time it has been hassle free, resupply or refund has happened without the need for chasing.
