I had a blow out on the M3 on Thursday, they changed the left tyre, so first thing on Friday morning , I went to to them to replace the right side tyre.
As always, there was no hard sell, very honest feedback, the chap, who I think is the manager, has the same Volvo as mine, gave me good advise, changed the tyre, realigned the tyres and the cost was very reasonable compared to their next door Neighbour….:)

We had an emergency drain blockage in New Milton on a block of 4 flats, Drains24 were contacted during the night and in no time an engineer was assigned and he made contact with me.
He attended the property within no time, and accessed the flats and did his best to unblock, but the problem was within the main drain hole within a commercial property under the flats.
We agreed to meet next day (Sunday) at 08:00 in order to review.
Oliver the engineer was on time, he was courteous, professional and explained in details what could be the cause.
He assessed all possible areas,inspecting the flats and at all time keep my informed.
Eventually the cause was identified and the problem was cleared promptly.
He and his colleague were the most courteous and professional team I have ever engaged with.
Once the the drains were cleared, they tidied up the areas, cleaned them and ensure all systems were working as they should.
Even his van was clean and tidy, the equipment were as new and comprehensive, cameras, jet wash pipes tools all were of high standard.
I am so blessed and lucky we contacted Drains 24 and having Oliver and his colleague to resolve what would have been a catastrophe.

We visited their branch in High Wycombe in order to select a suitable carpet for our house, we were met by the most professional gentleman named Shak, there was no hard sell, he was honest and gave us ideas to save on costs.
The fitters we also fantastic, kept us updated, arrived when they said they will, got on with the job and clear all the mess afterward.
We are so happy with the choice of carpet, all thanks to Shak and his professional expertise.

Very quick and response to querries, problem resolved in seconds.

Went to the Iver Branch to fix a flat tyre, they offered to do wheel alignment test for free,
Agreed to that, when the results came.... they needed adjustment.
They offered to disregard the tyre repair cost and adjust the alignment for GBP59.95.
Whilst still in the office i googled the costs at their competitors, and guess what???? its nearly half price.
So they did not do me any favours, why couldn't be honest and cut the BS.
Never again , you lost a regular customer, for your underhanded practice.
