AVOID and DONT phone them as you get charged without even getting through Awful I tried to phone them so many…

Despite replies have had no redress regarding the appalling customer service or should I say lack of being able to speak to anyone and then getting extortionately charged for not even getting through on your poor phone lines and then all you can say is we have replied…..Awful Awful Awful Awful I tried to phone them so many times and got charged 52p everytime I got through just to be either put on hold or cut off, I am £30 out of pocket because of the awful customer service, all I get is try emailing us instead but then they still never reply, I will never recommend this company ps my advice DONT touch them or phone them as you will be charged for not even getting through I have found this out the hard way! AVOID AVOID, if they at least give a redress for the amount wasted on trying to phone them this review would have been different but the simple thing is once you have brought your goods..THEY DONT CARE simple as that

Yet again! POOR customer service Still awaiting refund for delivery charge Ordered on 6th September finally…

Still awaiting a refund, you phone customer services who seem to be never available via the phone, I am going to be contacting my bank for a third time to escalate this issue, VERY POOR Customer Service!!!!! Ordered on 6th September finally delivery on 12th January I received an email stating that you would refund my delivery fee but again despite me emailing you, no responses, you need to do better than this for your customer, I expect to receive a refund ASAP as on your sale of contract you state 10-12 weeks and I’m at 17 weeks and have been promised a refund in a previous email

Be good if they replied to my emails

Be good if they replied to my emails, have sent several and not one reply
17 weeks plus and delivery is finally due but no redress for this long delay despite them saying they will issue a refund but not one reply to my emails requesting compensation
When I get a reply via the review they always say they are looking into my complaint but I still get nothing back in way of response or refund….come on you can do better than this rather than fob your customer off!!!

Ordered 6th September still awaiting…

Ordered 6th September still awaiting products but now finally been given a delivery date of 6/01/26 which is when everyone is back at work, very very disappointed with the aftercare and they do not seem bothered in putting the situation right or even offering the customer a decent refund for being 17 weeks late rather than the 10-12 weeks promised on the sales contract…would not recommend, interested in selling you the product but that seems to be where the customer care ends, pretty awful, if they decide to look after their customer at this point then the review may be changed but at the moment no care for the customer

Ordered furniture on 6th September

Ordered furniture on 6th September, expected 10th dec, then 16th dec and now 29th December which will be way beyond the 10-12 week time stated on the contract, been back and forth with customer service and it is like they are not interested or care in any way about their customer, to say I am unhappy is an understatement, if nothing is resolved I will need to try and get my money back through the bank as the retailer is in breach of contract to supply

Rubbish Installed but we have no smart meter…

Installed but we have no smart meter hub and the engineer has removed essential isolators so we cannot change our fuse board if we needed to so despite having emailed EON and provided photos NO RESPONSE Rubbish!!!!!

ordered a canvas which was faulty but…

ordered a canvas which was faulty but vistaprint were soon on to it and replaced this very quickly free of charge, cannot fault and have used them several times
